- Training of staff and upper management on various employment topics (FMLA, Workplace Harassment, Performance Evaluations and Calibration, Diversity, etc.)
- Assist staff with standardizing and updating policies and procedures
- Training upper management on Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) terms, precedents and negotiations
